Since time immemorial, Shallaki (fibrous boswellia) has been highly valued for its anti-inflammatory properties. In India, it was called "the fighter against inflammation". It is used in Ayurveda to maintain joint health.

Boswellia serrata, better known as Indian frankincense, is a resinous boswellia tree with bark and pollen up to 25 cm long and the resin and bark have been used in Ayurvedic nutrition for thousands of years.

The finely and finely ground (below 40 °C) resin powder is sourced from "Cosmoveda" fair trade and organic projects in India and Sri Lanka.

According to Ayurveda, this product correlates at the level of the harmonious balance of the doshas, balancing the six tastes. It provides sweet, bitter and sour flavours.

The properties of Boswellia serrata, also known as sage or rasna, have attracted the interest of scientists studying its suspected anti-inflammatory effects.

Recommendation for use:

Take 4 capsules of 0.47 g (0.37 g net) 2 times a day between meals with warm water. 2.96 g of herbal powder per day.
