It is responsible for whether we enjoy life or express our true selves. Also, the activity of this energy center determines whether we easily establish and maintain relationships, whether we are lonely, whether we allow ourselves to get what we want in life, or whether we feel unworthy.

Swadhisthana means feeling, desire, creation.
