Some of the tools to achieve inner harmony are: positive thinking, goodwill, conscious speech and actions, healthy lifestyle, self-control, alert awareness and meditation.
Ingredients: nelumbo nucifera, centella asiatica, withania somnifera, glycyrrhiza glabra, rosa canina, foeniculum vulgare, emblica officinalis, cymbopogon citratus.
Quantity: 100 g of loose herbal tea.
Recommended dosage: 1-5 cups per day.
Preparation: boil one teaspoon of herbal mixture (2 g) in water for 3-5 minutes or simply pour 250 ml of boiling water and let it stand for 10 minutes.
