Yes! Tulsi is one of the most famous beauty secrets for achieving glowing skin and lush hair. So if you've heard about its many benefits and want to confirm it, we might just give you the rundown.

Tulsi is an Indian spice full of benefits.

Tulsi is a miracle spice - from adding flavour to food to curing several diseases. But do you know how beneficial it can be for your body? No, then jump on and find out.

1. Lightens skin tone

Harsh UV rays, along with other environmental and natural factors, can cause your skin to look dull. But with Tulsi at home, such problems can be instantly solved. Tulsi contains natural essential oils that help moisturise the skin and give it a natural tint.

2. Reduces the appearance of dandruff

When all dandruff treatments fail, Tulsi comes in handy. Tulsi has been used for ages as a natural remedy for all your hair woes. This plant is a natural curator of four fungal infections and can quickly help you get rid of scaly and itchy scalp.

3. Solves the problem of premature greying

Due to the stressful lives that many of us live in the modern world, premature greying has become more common than we would like to believe. While vitamin B-12 deficiency is also one of the reasons - there is one herbal remedy for both these problems - Tulsi.

Ayumi - manufacturer of real quality Tulsi powder

While Tulsi can be ground yourself and used at home, Ayumi's Tulsi powder is made in a different way. We ensure that our Tulsi powder is of real quality and meets the needs of your skin and hair.

Powder usage:

Face mask:

1. To make a natural cleansing mask, mix one tablespoon of Tulsi powder (5 g) with a little water, fresh yoghurt, milk or honey to make a thick paste.

2. Mix well.

3. Apply in an even layer on the face, avoiding the eye area.

4. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.

5. Scrub well, rinse with warm water and pat dry.

Hair mask:

Make a hair mask traditionally used to reduce dandruff.

1. mix 50 g of Tulsi powder with warm water or Ayumi rose flower water until a smooth paste is formed.

2. Apply it to the scalp by gently massaging with your fingertips.

3. Apply to the rest of the hair.

4. Leave on for 20-30 minutes.

5. Rinse well with warm water.

The lighter the consistency of the paste, the easier it will be to distribute and massage into the scalp.

Allergic reactions:

This is a natural product. A skin test would be recommended to avoid any reactions due to individual sensitivity to the product. Apply a small amount of the puree behind the ear and leave it for 24 hours. If there is no redness or itching, the product is safe for you to use.
