The Wisdom Mala consists of 111 beads made of various semi-precious gemstones: rock crystal, yellow onyx, red jasper, jade, lazurite and carnelian. It bears a white metal bead with a Tibetan inscription of the powerful mantra OM MANI PAD ME HUM, which channels the compassionate energy of a guru or teacher and is a focal point for meditation.

The mala tassel has brightly coloured cords representing the five Dhyani Buddhas:

- White is the colour of the Buddha Vairochana, symbolising purity and the element of space. Mantra: Om Ah Vairochana Hum.

- Red for the Buddha Amitabha, symbolising discernment and the element of fire. Mantra: Om Ah Amitabha Hum (Om Ah Amitabha Hum).

- Blue for Buddha Akshobhya, embodying mirror wisdom and the water element. Mantra: Om Ah Akshobhya Hum.

- Yellow for Buddha Ratnasambhava, symbolising balance and the earth element. Mantra: Om Ah Ratnasambhava Hum.

- Green for Buddha Amoghasiddhi, symbolising the wisdom of perfect practice and the air element. Mantra: Om Ah Amoghasiddhi Hum.

The colours not only add aesthetic beauty but also help the practitioner to become familiar with the different spiritual qualities associated with each Dhyani Buddha. This makes it an excellent tool for meditation, spiritual practice and personal transformation.

It is also ideal for those who wish to tap into the powerful numerological significance of the number 111, often associated with new beginnings, spiritual awakening and enhanced intuition.

The mala is originally a Hindu and Buddhist prayer and meditation tool. It is used to count mantras during meditation. A mantra is a set of words, often from Sanskrit, which is repeated several times - traditionally 108 times. The repetition focuses on the meaning and vibration of the words, perhaps with an accompanying visualisation. As you practise this meditation practice, your thoughts become quiet and your body relaxes. Nowadays, mala is also worn as a fashion accessory.

Attention! Due to natural variations, the colour of the beads may vary. Packed in a cotton bag.
