Instructions for use:
For best results, use the oil warm. Apply the oil all over the body and massage until most of it is absorbed. Ayurveda recommends rubbing the body with the oil (called abhyanga) every day before taking a shower or bath. Using it to massage the feet in the evening can improve the quality of sleep.
Product for external use. Not for use by children. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.
*An allergy test on a small area of skin is recommended before use.
