Sun-dried seeds, ground in a stone mill, have retained the most valuable properties of milk thistle - it protects the liver from toxins, promotes its proper functioning. Supports the immune, nervous and digestive systems.

It contains a significant part of active fatty components (they are practically absent in food after chemical extraction) and dietary fiber (absent in oil). It is an additional source of vegetable proteins, fiber and essential acids.

Reduces blood sugar levels and suppresses hunger.

Method of application: Prophylactically, as a dietary supplement in its raw form or added to baked goods. Add 2 tbsp. (30 g) once a day with smoothies, juice, dessert, yogurt, etc. For optimal results, take the powder for 1 month. After a break of 1 month, you can take a new course. 

Drink at least 2 liters of water a day!
