Sitopaladi herbal mixture in powder, Ayucare, 100g
Sitopaladi is a popular and well-known herbal mixture, recommended in Ayurveda for disturbed Kapha dosha, i.e. colds, mucus in the nose and throat, runny nose.
Sitopaladi can also be used to improve digestion. In ancient Ayurvedic scriptures, Sitopaladi is mentioned as a remedy for flatulence syndromes.
Sitopaladi powder promotes healthy sputum removal in bronchial-lung diseases and helps maintain proper lung and sinus function, removes excess Vata, Pita and Kapha from the head and chest, helps restore healthy breathing. It has expectorant, antitussive, antiallergic, immunomodulatory, antipyretic and tonic properties.
In Ayurveda, they are traditionally used to liberate the upper respiratory tract (lungs, nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses) and to reduce cough in various respiratory diseases such as bronchitis, asthma, pneumonia, tuberculosis and lung cancer, rhinitis, sinusitis, pharyngitis, influenza, chest tightness, hives, allergies, dry cough, loss of appetite, thirst, limb burning, chronic fever, weakness, bleeding from the nose and mouth, excessive chronic cough and cold, slow digestion, tongue, tongue , side pain, anorexia.
According to Ayurveda, Sitopaladi powder is recognized as a rasayana (rejuvenator) and tonic, so it can be used safely every day.
Method of use:
For internal use (according to Ayurvedic treatises): 3-5 grams 2-3 times daily after meals with warm water, melted butter ghee or honey or as directed by an Ayurvedic specialist.
Contraindications: intolerance to some components, diabetes mellitus, paralysis, tremor in the extremities. It is recommended to consult an Ayurvedic specialist before use.
