Use: Use 1 tea bag per cup. Pour boiling water over it and leave it to steep for at least 3 minutes (preferably up to 10 minutes). Add sugar or honey to the tea to taste. You can also make iced tea: let the brewed tea cool and put it in the fridge.

Drink it slowly, allowing yourself to feel the full flavour and immerse yourself in the cleansing process. Drink 1 cup a day. During cleansing, 2 cups a day are recommended.
