"Holud's ProAge face mask for dry, sensitive skin is a creamy face mask with a soft texture that is a pleasure to apply.

It contains a blend of moisturising, purifying, antioxidant and anti-ageing active ingredients.

ProAge Holud Face Mask is ideal for gently cleansing dry, sensitive skin without drying it out, leaving your face feeling fresh, hydrated and toned. Suitable for sensitive skin.

The synergy of Bentonite Clay (remineralising), Rice Starch (soothing) and Zinc Oxide (antiseptic and soothing) cleanses and absorbs oil without drying out, while sparing sensitive areas.

Hyaluronic acid, moisturising and anti-ageing, helps the skin stay hydrated and refreshed. Fruit oligosaccharides provide moisture without feeling greasy. Nourishing sesame oil and shea butter keep the skin soft, while bisabolol and sandalwood interact with chamomile and damask rose to help soothe any redness.

The Ayurvedic active ingredients turmeric (anti-inflammatory and purifying), triphala (antioxidant and toning) and sandalwood (anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant) are allies for a toned and refreshed skin.

Ayurvedic origin

Turmeric, considered by Ayurveda to be a Rasāyana (rejuvenating herb), has a wide range of skin properties: antibacterial, antimicrobial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. It is indicated for sensitive skin, redness, itching and dirty skin. Purifying, detoxifying, purifying and protective properties.

Triphala is an ancient polyherbal remedy composed of 3 Rasayana fruits: Amalakī, Bibhitaka, Haritakī. Rich in natural antioxidants, it acts as a longevity promoter and is able to restore the balance of the three doshas that regulate the body. For the skin, it has a pronounced toning effect.

Rose water is a suitable ingredient for all skin types. Rich in antioxidants, rose water is ideal for mature skin as it revitalises and tones it. It helps soothe redness on sensitive, dry skin. With antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, it is also suitable for oily or dirty skin. In Ayurveda, it is particularly useful for alleviating Pitta dosha-related problems (redness, irritability and sensitivity).

Sandalwood is a Rasayana (rejuvenating) plant in Ayurveda.

It has anti-ageing, soothing and refreshing properties. It improves complexion and skin radiance. Rich in antioxidants, it is an ideal ally for mature skin, but is suitable for all skin types as it has anti-inflammatory properties for redness on sensitive skin, antibacterial, antiseptic and astringent properties for oily and dirty skin and emollient properties for dry skin.

Sesame oil is used in Ayurveda to alleviate problems associated with dosha vāta (dry, rough, plump, mature skin).

Rich in fatty acids, non-nutritive substances, minerals, vitamins and proteins, it nourishes and protects the skin.

Texture and application

Creamy texture and easy to use. Does not dry during application (10 minutes). After rinsing, the skin is soft, nourished and moisturised.

Holud ProAge Face Mask for Dry Sensitive Skin can be incorporated into a specific facial treatment and can also be used for multiple masking, i.e. different masks can be applied to different areas of the face e.g:

* a face mask for mixed oily skin in the T-zone (forehead, nose, chin);

* Face mask for dry sensitive skin in the sensitive cheek area.

Tips for use

Apply an even layer of the product on clean skin, avoiding the eye and lip area (mucous membrane). Leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse well. Follow the normal Rasayana facial care routine.

In very hot and dry weather, you can maintain the mask's hydration during use by spritzing your face with your choice of ProAge Ayurvedic Water between Dhatri (soothing) and Tulasi (cleansing).

To enhance the effects of the Holud mask, spray your face with ProAge Ayurvedic's soothing Dhatri water before using the mask.

Note: The contents of the cream may shift to the side during transport, causing a 'hole' to appear. Don't worry, there is no shortage of product! This is normal as the aluminium jar can hold up to 70 ml and the cream is 60 ml, so the contents do not reach the edge of the jar and the cream may move sideways during transport.
