Fill the Neti Pot with warm, slightly salted water. Avoid iodized salt, it is best to use only good and natural salt without any additional additives, such as Himalayan crystallized salt or pure sea salt. The salt concentration is about 1% (this means 2.5g of salt per 1/4 liter of water). Insert the funnel of the nasal cleaning container into the nostril. The position of the bowl for cleaning the head and nose is adjusted so that the water can flow out of the other nostril. Breathe calmly through your mouth during the procedure.

The technique is not as difficult or awkward as it may seem at first. You will be pleasantly surprised by this simple and effective way of health care.
