Anu Thailam Nose Oil, Sree Sankara, 10 ml

"Anu Thailam by Sree Sankara is a premium Ayurvedic nose oil with a fragrant, spicy aroma. Ayurvedic tradition recommends cleansing the skin (with massage oil), nose (with nasayam oil), mouth (with spicy or bitter substances or mouth oil), eyes (with Ayurvedic black kajal) and ears (with sesame oil) every morning.

Anu Thailam from "Sree Sankara" has tridoshas balancing properties. It is a wonderful Ayurvedic nasyam oil for well-being, which is convenient to use drop by drop, so sparingly and selectively.

How to use:

Apply 2-3 drops to each nostril morning and evening. It is recommended to warm the drops to about 40°C before applying. After pinching one nostril, apply to the other nostril and take a few deep breaths to allow the drops to drain into the sinuses. Relax for a few minutes and massage your nose, forehead and the area around your nose.

To cleanse the ears, improve hearing, get rid of tinnitus, pain and itching: lie on your side, put a few drops of warm oil in the ear opening, massage the ear area, take the ear horn and gently pull it in a circular motion, then rest for 15 minutes and then turn to the other side, letting the excess oil drain out of the ear. Repeat this procedure with the other ear.

Warnings: it is recommended to apply the oil while lying down and it is not recommended to get up suddenly. Physical and psycho-emotional stress should also be avoided for at least 30 minutes after the treatment, as the substances gradually penetrate the sinuses and cleanse the canals.

Do not perform this treatment on babies with dehydration, people in severe states of panic and fear, or immediately after a bath. Pregnant women should also be cautious.

There are no side effects.
