Instructions for use. rinse mouth with 1 teaspoon of oil for 2 - 20 minutes, then spit out. Rinse your mouth with warm water and brush your teeth as usual. According to Ayurvedic tradition, the oil should be rinsed on an empty stomach immediately after getting up in the morning.
