To prepare deliciously spicy Mandras curry dishes according to the original Indian cuisine, briefly fry vegetables and / or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger in ghee (melted butter), add Cosmoveda Hot Madras Curry paste (1-2 tablespoons per serving) and simmer until well cooked.
If you want a creamy sauce, you can add sour cream, cream cheese or coconut cream to taste, stir and cook for a few minutes. Serve with rice.
For an even more intense flavor, you can marinate vegetables, meat or tofu overnight in hot Madras curry paste.
