Dragon Superfoods Rainforest Sugar is made from Indonesia's Arenga palm, known as the Champion of the Forest. The tree thrives in complex, degraded soils, improves their ecosystem and grows in all conditions, resulting in a sustainable harvest. An excellent alternative to refined sugar, this product has a mild taste and a very high burning point, making it suitable for confectionery. Natural, so you can simply sweeten desserts, hot drinks and even caramelise savoury dishes.

Recommended use: in any dessert or drink to which you normally add sugar.
